I provide clinical supervision to both provisionally licensed professionals seeking full licensure as an LMFT in the state of North Carolina as well as fully licensed professionals wishing to seek a deeper understanding of the wide range of connections and interactions beyond the individual, encompassing family, social and other interpersonal dynamics that impact individual and collective well-being.
I thoroughly enjoy the teaching aspect of Clinical Supervision and find a great deal of happiness in watching clinicians grow and thrive through the lens of Systems work.
Over the course of the past decade I have built a successful private practice and make the "business" of being a therapist a regular part of the supervision process. Whether you are a W-2 or 1099 Contract employee, working for an agency, group practice or have plans of opening your own private practice, there are ethical and legal obligations to building and running a therapy practice.
